Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and product features
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for scalability and cost efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on system design and scalability
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services
