Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical debt and implement strategies to modernize legacy systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and cloud service providers.
