Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
