Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and QA—to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices to maintain high code quality and standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and complex bugs to ensure system reliability.
- Optimize application performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Java or Python.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Computing platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and experience with Git version control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
