Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for our users.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical debt while implementing new features efficiently.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable cloud-native solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
