Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog refinement with product teams
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB clusters
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct thorough code reviews and security audits
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive API interfaces
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, or JavaScript with modern frameworks
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proficient in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Jest)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
