Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Optimize AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and backlog refinement
- Resolve complex system issues with advanced debugging techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development (Java/Python)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (JUnit, pytest) and TDD principles
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and IaC
