Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Architect microservices and APIs to support high-traffic applications.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Extensive experience with React or Angular for frontend development.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
