Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Lead technical architecture decisions for real-time IoT systems in connected vehicles
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation labs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
