Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure automation
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance tuning and security vulnerability assessments
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Go and JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready scalable systems
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
