Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural reviews and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to define feature requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years required).
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
