Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog content
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in JVM languages (Java/Kotlin preferred)
- Proficiency with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong grasp of TDD/BDD methodologies
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
