Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Optimize database performance for 10M+ user applications
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and AWS services
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Proficient with AWS/GCP cloud services
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
