What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will mentor junior developers and ensure our systems are resilient and high-performing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Design and optimize database schemas and APIs to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and write unit tests to maintain high code quality and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline implementation and cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
