Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous testing and monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java, Python, or Go
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
