Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure deployment quality
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards (PCI, SOC2)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives in distributed teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
