Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Java).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and familiarity with multiple.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
