Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and create technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in web development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
