Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and architecture.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
