Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead technical sprint planning and architecture refinements
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9%+ system uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending innovations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong algorithm fundamentals
- Proven experience with AWS/GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and message queues
- Track record of shipping high-impact features at scale
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams
