Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native architectures
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while enforcing best practices
- Optimize system performance through advanced profiling and A/B testing methodologies
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration
