Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP and microservices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits for production systems
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and contribute to engineering strategy
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Experience with data modeling and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
