Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle development of microservices using Java/Python

- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes and serverless architectures
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, SAML, encryption)
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
