Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one primary language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
