Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
