Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS/GCP and Terraform
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct architectural reviews and implement security best practices
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Stay current with emerging technologies through our Innovation Lab
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency with Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
