Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins/GitLab
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning
- Champion TDD/BDD practices and quality metrics
- Research emerging technologies for strategic implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Python with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Proven AWS/GCP deployment experience with Terraform
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Open source contributions or personal projects portfolio
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
