CyberShield Technologies is a pioneer in next-generation digital defense, and we are seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join our elite 24/7 Security Operations Center. We are specifically looking for high-caliber talent to cover our critical night shift window, ensuring our clients' infrastructure remains impenetrable while the world sleeps.
As a key player in our remote-first team, you will utilize cutting-edge SIEM tools to detect, analyze, and neutralize threats in real-time. This is a unique opportunity for a cybersecurity professional to take ownership of incident response and threat hunting in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events across the enterprise infrastructure in real-time.
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious activities and cyber threats during night shift hours.
- Perform 24/7 coverage to ensure continuous protection of sensitive data assets.
- Collaborate with red/blue teams to refine detection strategies and incident response playbooks.
- Create detailed incident reports and documentation for management and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for remediation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) or Network Security.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC.
- Must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS).
