Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data errors that impact rankings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop data-backed content calendars that align with user intent and target high-value keywords.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to provide actionable insights and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Execute high-quality off-page SEO campaigns to build domain authority and acquire premium backlinks through white-hat strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Mobile Optimization: Ensure all web assets are fully optimized for mobile-first indexing and provide seamless user experiences across all devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for mid-to-large sized websites.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Search Console).
- Programming Knowledge: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with engineering teams on implementation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
