Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting and 24/7 monitoring of security alerts using Splunk and ELK Stack.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches, coordinating with legal and executive teams.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews.
- Develop and automate security playbooks to enhance incident response efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into the CI/CD pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting for automation and tool development.
- Experience with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
