Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices
- Drive innovation in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless technologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with proficiency in Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture patterns
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance
