Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in AWS CloudFormation and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Optimize system performance using Prometheus and Grafana monitoring
- Collaborate with Product Design on user-centric API development
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company initiatives
- Drive DevOps excellence through Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud-native technologies
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
