Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications and enterprise integration.
- Optimize quantum algorithms and circuits for existing and next-gen QPU hardware to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical workflows and cloud environments.
- Conduct research on error correction, noise mitigation, and fault-tolerant quantum computing strategies.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for quantum infrastructure development within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-level system architecture, preferably within high-performance computing or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum software development kits (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems theory.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum services (IBM Quantum Experience, Google Quantum AI, AWS Braket) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
