Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols achieving >99.9% gate fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical optimization frameworks for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive R&D in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum networking standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum error correction algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware control interfaces
