Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced neural networks and quantum algorithms for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical application.
- Optimize existing AI models for massive scalability and reduced latency in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes R&D environment.
