We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Engineer to lead our research into hybrid classical-quantum machine learning models. This is a high-impact role where you will define the standards for Artificial Intelligence in 2026.
In this position, you will architect scalable solutions that leverage quantum computing to solve complex optimization problems in logistics, finance, and generative design. You will work alongside a team of elite engineers and scientists to transform theoretical research into production-ready applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced quantum algorithms tailored for commercial AI applications.
- Integrate quantum modules into existing deep learning pipelines and cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for quantum hardware constraints.
- Lead the R&D strategy for the '2026 Quantum Leap' initiative.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business problems into quantum computing solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for quantum software engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
