Your Mission
As our Senior Quantum AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable quantum algorithms and integrating them with classical deep learning frameworks to solve unsolvable problems today.
Responsibilities
- Algorithm Design: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, specifically focusing on variational quantum eigensolvers and quantum neural networks.
- Hybrid Integration: Architect hybrid cloud systems that seamlessly transition tasks between classical and quantum processors.
- Hardware Liaison: Collaborate directly with hardware engineers to fine-tune software for emerging quantum hardware architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of junior researchers and engineers in exploring new frontiers in quantum error correction and noise mitigation.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward concepts for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and white papers for patent applications and academic collaboration.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and system scalability.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, theoretical problems with innovative, practical engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
