Responsibilities
- Algorithm Design: Architect and prototype advanced quantum algorithms for hybrid AI models, specifically targeting optimization and generative tasks for the 2026 release cycle.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to explore new quantum error correction methods and noise mitigation techniques.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide a team of quantum engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and architecture standards to ensure scalability and stability of our quantum platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and domain experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major quantum computing framework (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Forest).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and machine learning architectures.
- Research: Demonstrated ability to publish research or hold patents in quantum information science or AI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
