Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues before release
- Conduct regression testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop test plans and test scenarios based on requirements
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
