Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and enterprise applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
- Mentor junior testers and champion QA best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL, API testing (Postman), and CI/CD pipelines
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for defect reporting
- Experience testing in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) a plus
