Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for continuous integration workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and provide quality feedback
- Conduct manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights for development teams
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
