Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps in JIRA and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues
- Perform regression testing on complex multi-platform systems
- Develop test cases using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Maintain test environments and configuration management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Ability to document test cases and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
