Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, document, and resolve bugs using JIRA and Confluence
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functionality, usability, and regression testing
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Validate user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL database queries for data validation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to document complex defects
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
