Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Document test results, bugs, and resolutions in JIRA and other tracking systems
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SQL and database testing techniques
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and REST/SOAP services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
