Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Develop test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create detailed test cases and user acceptance criteria
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency with manual testing techniques and test automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL and database testing
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with performance and security testing a plus
