Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Agile sprints
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for regression efficiency
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Validate API functionality using Postman and SOAP UI
- Maintain and improve test documentation and QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency with manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation testing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
