Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test scripts across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability post-release
- Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to improve quality metrics
- Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies
- Proficiency with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) a plus
