Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and TestRail
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress
- Perform manual and automated testing across web/mobile platforms
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical defects
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders
- Generate detailed quality metrics reports
- Mentor junior QA testers on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with SQL and database testing
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
