Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects with clear severity levels and actionable details
- Collaborate with developers and product managers using agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and JIRA
- Analyze test results and provide data-driven quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain and enhance QA documentation including test cases and user scenarios
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA with proven track record in web/mobile testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and systematic problem-solving
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for clear defect reporting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team
