The Role:
As a Night Shift Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our maintenance and development lifecycle. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, deploying updates during low-traffic windows, and resolving critical bugs that arise during off-hours.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services optimized for low-traffic environments.
- Execute scheduled deployments and database migrations during the night shift to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues that impact business continuity.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Document technical processes and create runbooks for night-time operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Experience working in a shift-based or night shift environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
